Triathlete Performance Sets
Bill Furniss, a world-renowned expert on distance and middle-distance swimming training, presents a monthly series of training sets focussed on the development of Front Crawl for triathletes. Each file contains details of three training sets each week for a month: a total of 12 training sets each month from Bill Furniss, coach to world-record holder, Rebecca Adlington. It is important to understand that you will recieve the main workouts which should form the central element to a complete training session to consist of warm up, skills work, kick work, and cool down.
