Who’s it for: Swimmers who want to improve their technique on ONE stroke

• Eligibility: ASA registered competitive swimmers aged 9-16 years
• Max Number per lane: 7
• Duration: 1 day
• All pool sessions are led by Bill Furniss
• A total stroke workout - perfect your stroke technique and learn how to train effectively!
• Clinics available: breaststroke; front crawl
• Morning session focuses on technique development, while the afternoon session swimmers learn the training methods and competitive strategies for top swimmers
• Lecture sessions reinforce technique understanding and self-confidence strategies used by top athletes.
• One of Britain's top international swimmers will give demonstrations and sign autographs!
• COURSE FEE:  £95

The day will begin with registration at 8.45 am ready for a prompt start at 9.00 am and will finish at 4.00 pm.

SWIMMERS: Please bring a packed lunch and water for the day – hot drinks will be provided. Bear in mind you will be in the water twice and dry kit for the second session might be nice!
